| Tony Roberts – 8 – Definitely football league quality made good saves from the mercenary Mclean early on and looked at ease all night with catching. Didn’t look to be at fault for any of the goals. .
Scott Griffiths – 7 – Getting better did well against their right winger and did well against Daggers old boy Mackail-Smith. Hopefully he can get back to the level from last season.
Danny Foster – 7 – Captain Fossy had his usual game nothing special but steady as always. Little bit of problems with Boyd at times.
John Boardman - 7 – Exactly what we have missed in recent matches and played well. Does his job and can’t ask no more. None of the goals seemed to be down to him. Hopefully get his partnership with Anwar back as soon as.
Ross Smith - 6 – Not as good as a few games ago and looked very average. At fault for the third goal even if he just slipped. Anwar and Boardman seem the way forward.
Richard Graham - 5 – Not impressed at all to be honest looked distinctly poor on the wings and looks very slow didn’t offer us much at all last night. Get Sammy Saunders back sharpish.
Shane Huke - 8 – Best game for us I thought last night. Maybe he wanted to prove something against his old club but looked sharp and stuck his foot in. Hoepfully we will see more performances like this from him.
Glenn Southam – 7 – Played well with Huke in midfield looked sharp and always gave us options and always put in a lot of effort. Looked sharp going forward at times
Sam Sloma - 5 – Both wingers looked poor and definitely need to do something about it missed a golden opportunity in the first half and lets be honest not Football League quality.
Paul Benson - 8 – Looks a massive threat up front and running balls on to over the top always looked a danger. Scored the goal on the break in his fashion and worked hard all night.
Chris Moore - 7 – Moore played well considering it was his first start for a long time looked sharp going forward but missed a glorious opportunity to put us ahead early on. Always looked a threat on the break.
SUBS:
Solomon Taiwo - 6 – Tried to help close down the game but difficult for a young player didn’t do anything wrong and covered a lot of ground. Maybe needs a bit of time to step up to this level.
Ben Strevens – 5 – Came on to help us shut out the game but looked very poor missed a sitter just before they scored their third. .
