| Tony Roberts - 8 - Handled superbly throughout, kicked well for the 90 minutes, superb saved on the hour to keep two goal lead intact, awful dancing after the game. Superb
Danny Foster - 10 - Solid throughout, distributed the ball a lot better and got forward when needed, including superb cross for the opening goal. Secures a 10 for getting the beers in on the train home!!!
Scott Griffiths - 8 - Seemed to be everywhere for the entire 90 minutes!! Has re-discovered his energy in the last few weeks. Did what he had to defensively, and got forward regularly. Top effort.
Mark Arber - 8 - Has made a real difference to the back line already. Does the simple thing, reads the game well and seems to organise and talk the others through things.
Ross Smith - 8 - Can sometimes look a little slow but seems to get in plenty of blocks and tackles at crucial times. Took his goal very well.
Anwar Uddin - 8 - Another very good performance from the skipper. Seems a lot more comfortable now he has Arber back by his side. The competition for places at the back seems to be pushing everybody on.
Dave Rainford - 8 - Still seems to get caught the wrong side of the play a bit to much, but made some crucial tackles in second half, and took his two goals very well.
Peter Gain - 7 - Is suited to this system, and suited to playing away from home. Organises the others in the middle of the park, and always tries to keep possession of the ball.
Glen Southam - 10 - Amazing energy for the whole 90 minutes yet again. Still making runs forward to support the front men in the 92nd minute!! Secures a 10 for getting the beers in on the train home, and being sponsored by the Upminster Daggers!!
Ben Strevens - 8 - Worked his socks off yet again. Held the ball up, ran the channels, and linked the play with the boys in the middle of the park. Scored yet again, and is surely one of our players of the season??
Jon Nurse - 7 - Tuesday's goal appears to have given the Bajan International some confidence. Was prepared to run at the home side's back 4 and worked his socks off for the entire game.
