For the first time since we started the site last October, there was no representative of the Upminster Daggers at the game.
There were various reasons for this, the main two being that most people were still playing cricket (commitment???) and others were involved in this, and also the fact that everyone had been to Chester before in the Conference days (rubbish excuse).
We were hoping that Honorary Upminster Dagger Shaun would be in attendance to bring us reports from the game, but with his tight student budget now in place this didn't happen either!!
We would like to apologise for this poor coverage, and will try to ensure that this does not happen again in the future (although numbers for Mansfield are low at the moment!). | | | | |
